The features of the drive are - All data written to drive is automatically encrypted, secure partition locks upon removal, hardware Encrypted partition does not appear until password is authenticated, secure Erase Feature, 64 MB Cache support elevates small block reads and writes, key is stored in hardware and never passed on the USB or System bus. The SuperCrypt standard version provides 128bit AES encryption in ECB mode. An easy to use application is carried in a read-only partition on the drive. When a password is set, this application must be run and the password authenticated before access to the secure partition is granted.
